Adventure Dog Tuesday: Road Trip

We are busy getting ready for another road trip! Where are we headed? We are going to help homeless dogs! Stay tuned for a more in-depth separate post about the event. And follow our Instagram and Facebook if you want to keep up with more immediate play by plays of our adventures!

Miss Inca’s family has relocated and we will be dropping her off at her house on our way. Bella and Terra are coming to represent at the event, meet some new friends, and find out how to help homeless animals year round. We will be camping along the way (tent, egg crate, and sleeping bag are already packed!).

The past week we have been busy getting things ready for the trip and all the dogs have helped out too. Here are some photos of the preparation:

photo 2 (28) — Kronos says he wants to be a carnival dog someday! lol He got super excited and interested in the rides (he probably thought we were going to go play on them). It would be fun to perform at a carnival someday 🙂 Bella was indifferent to the rides, which is better than being worried about them or avoiding them.

Have a fun trip! Speaking of training, do you have suggestions for small props for clicker training? I think I’m lugging too much stuff to Mr. N’s therapy visits and he needs smaller things.

  Thanks! Do you look at children’s toys at stores for props? They have a variety of things and maybe some will be the right size for Mr. N. Or Amazon.com-there is a shopping cart that is tiny (like for Chihuahua size dogs). Hopefully that helps!
